Chef Ramsey (don’t worry, not the guy who yells on TV) began his culinary career and refined his skills at the acclaimed Virginia Beach restaurant Hot Tuna Bar and Grill.
Throughout his 25 year career, Chef Ramsey has overseen the kitchen operations and menu development of many restaurants and country clubs in the Hampton Roads area.
Leaving his unique creative impression as a chef at Havana, Offshore Bar & Grill, TPC of VA Beach, Cypress Point Country Club, and as the Food & Beverage Director at the Williamsburg Club.
Chef Ramsey’s experience extends from Virginia Beach to Costa Rica, where he managed a local restaurant, to Rincon, Puerto Rico where he worked as a Hotel and Restaurant manager.
While his culinary skills incorporate flavors from all types of cuisines, Chef Ramsey’s favorite style of restaurant is a French Brasserie.
We specialize in all occasions and can cater to all dietary restrictions. Special events, birthdays, intimate dinner parties, 4-6 course progression meals, cocktail parties, all in the privacy of your own home.
